Abstract: This study aimed to micropropagate linum hypocotyls (7- day old seedlings) using tissue culture technique. Hypocotyls were cultured on agar solidified media. The media were supplemented with various concentrations and combinations of auxins and cytokinins. The study was extended to investigate possible means to increase plant tolerance to heat stress using salicylic acid.In addition, some physiological and biochemical responses were studied with comparing it with plants that have been directly grown from the grains and treated with salicylic acid. Moreover, the variations of protein pattern was studied and separated using gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl polyacrylamide. The study showed the presence of a marked change in the construction of some of the many peptides in studied plant indicate that hardening treatments may modulate the expression of gene or genes that encoding some adaptive or defensive proteins and thus raise the plant's resistance against heat stress.

Abstract: In modern society, organizations are forced to automate their processes and modify their behavior in order to achieve their planned goals. One efficient method used to achieve these goals is the software process method. Currently, the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is used extensively to measure the maturity level of organizations. In this paper, we propose a new and efficient approach for automating Organizational Capability Maturity Model (OCMM) systems using the Unified Modeling Language (UML).This proposed approach covers all functional and non-functional requirements of an organization. Further, it helps organizations in different aspects of software houses to increase their maturity levels and make rapid and reliable assessments at low cost. The results of system development tests conducted indicate that such system could help assessing the maturity level for organizations.

Abstract: The current investigation was carried out to clarify whether the addition of antioxidant Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) increases the quality of cryopreserved Nili Ravi buffalo semen. Semen from five healthy Nili-Ravi buffalo bulls was collected by artificial vagina and subjected to the different inclusion levels of ALA @ 0.5mM, 1.mM, 2.mM, 3.mM, and 4.mM respectively. Experiments were executed for Post thawed semen analysis including spermatozoa motility, viability, plasma membrane integrity and acrosomal integrity. Our result indicated that Spermatozoa motility and viability was significantly higher (P < 0.05) at lower amount of alpha lipoic acid at 0.5 and 1.mM whereas the spermatozoa acrosomal integrity was significantly higher (P < 0.05) at 0.5mM. On the other hand, the lowest spermatozoa acrosomal integrity was observed with increasing concentration of alpha lipoic acid at 2.0, 3.0 and 4.mM. Our result further demonstrated that plasma membrane integrity was higher at 0.5 mM (P < 0.05). Based on the finding of current study, it is evident that the Antioxidant Alpha Lipoic Acid could be used for enhancing quality of the post thawed buffalo spermatozoa at lower concentration (0.5mM).

Kazan State University, Kremlevskaya str., 18, Kazan, 420008, Russia

Abstract. This article explores the constitutional-legal framework for regulating the social status of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The article’s aim is to define the legal nature of the deputy’s material status and establish a uniform stance for opinions and legislative settings in respect of the status of high-ranking officials in the Russian Federation. The author’s study into the legal regulation of the social status of high-ranking government officials reveals a mismatch between the theoretical and legislative fundamentals of regulating the legal status of State Duma deputies. The author suggests fine-tuning the fundamentals of the social status of State Duma deputies in corresponding conjunction with constitutional-legal norms. In particular, to remediate said discrepancies in legislation, the author suggests making amendments to the Federal Law “On the Status of Members of the Federation Council and the Status of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”.

Grammatical gender and gender parameters as constituents of the text composition

Susanna Rashidovna Makerova

Head of the Chair of English Philology, Adygea State University, Russia

susanna04@rambler.ru

Abstract. The article deals with grammatical gender parameters as constituent elements of text. Grammatical categories of gender iare established as a result of the language cognition of native speakers and are not always directly correlated with sex division. Notwithstanding the fact that gender is still considered an excessive grammatical category, it should not be considered useless simply because of its text-forming potential. This essay argues that gender categories are also highly connotative and are often used as a means of displaying polyphony in a work of fiction. Such connotations are usually revealed in marked members of the opposition. Implied meanings are perceived on the basis of the presuppositions and as a result of logical thinking. Gender is a parameter of cohesion and it transfers the text from one register to another.

The sociology of moral, as any sociological theory, contains three levels of analysis: the general methodological level, the theory of the average level and the empirical level of examination. The general methodical level lies within the framework of social philosophy and requires the distinction of the leading contradiction to explain the moral regularities in the spiritual development of the society, while the verification of the theoretical providing should be conducted by the methods of empirical examination of moral consciousness. The theory of average level develops institution of morality.

Kazan Federal University, Tatarstan str., 2, Kazan, 420021, Russian Federation

Abstract. The article presents the analysis of V.V. Radlov's experience of Russian studies of Turkic languages based on recording and analysis of Barabin Tatar folklore. The authors draw parallels with later investigations of traditional culture of Barabin Tatars, underlying, that the investigations of V.V. Radlov became a starting point for further scientific works. The article presents the substantiation of Radlov's selection of Tatar as an object of research; it mentions, how many genres and what volume he managed to record. Alongside with that, the authors substantiate the urgent character of V.V. Radlov's investigations for folkloristic. Over the years, the authors themselves went to folklore-dialectological expeditions to the areas of compact settlement of Siberian Tatar; in this connection, they reasonably appeal to their own experience, which overlays the results, recorded by V.V. Radlov before. The evolutionary character of traditional folklore of Barabin Tatars, at present, the disappearing Tatar sub-ethnos, is traced. It gives reason to understand, how vital is the traditional Tatar culture in whole.

Abstract. The results of studies on extraction of ions of heavy metals – copper (II), nickel (II), cobalt (II) and zinc (II) from aqueous model sulfate solutions under static conditions by a new anion exchanger based on epoxidized monoethanolamine vinyl ether, allyl glycidyl ether and polyethylene imine are presented. Electron microscopy data showed that the anionite has a developed folded surface with a great number of macropores ranging in size from 0.985 to 8.677 mm. The sorption properties of a new anion exchanger with respect to ions of copper (II), nickel (II), cobalt (II) and zinc (II), the initial and equilibrium concentration of which were determined by the classical polarography were studied. The effect of concentration and pH of solutions of heavy metal salts as well as time of their contact with an anion exchanger on its extracting ability is studied. The optimum values of pH of sulfate solutions at which a maximum sorbing ability of the anion exchanger is observed are found: for Cu2+ – 4.1; Ni2+– 6.1; Zn2+– 0.8 and Co2+– 5.4. It is stated that its sorption capacity under optimum conditions reaches the following values for the ions Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+ and Co2+: 705.2; 598.8; 536.4 and 436.0 mg/g, respectively. The degree of their extraction is 75.6-80.7%. It has a higher extracting ability in regard to these cations than industrial anion exchangers AMP, AM-2b, ANKB, BP-1P, AB-17 and AH-31. Because of this, it can be used for effective group extraction of heavy metal ions in hydrometallurgical processes of non-ferrous metallurgy.

Kazan Federal University, Institute of Psychology and Education, Medjlauka str., 1, Kazan, 420021, Russia

Abstract. The article deals with the analysis of ethnic identity problem of the principal nation of Tatarstan (the Tatars). This work is devoted to the consciousness of their ethnicity in dependence on whether they live in polylingual or monolingual environment. It was experimentally proved that ethnic identification of the Tatars depends both on their social status (workers-intellectuals, living in the countryside; workers-intellectuals, living in the city) and on the environment of socialization (mono or bilingual environments). It means that they manifest their national ethnicity in different ways.

Abstract. The article analyzes the philosophical foundations of classical music in the context of the idea of "transcendental subject" as the subject richer in meaningful relationships than purely "epistemological subject."In ontological terms transcendental subject express not nearly impersonal spirit, but existential preceding musical idea that allows you to position this entity as a "pure I" spiritual being, exceedingthis beingin creative terms. This gives you the opportunity to talk about the "internal time" of a musician, where the idea itself becomes the music.

Abstract. In the selection of the most appropriate draft consistent with the phonetic & phonological and orthographic lasws of the Kazakh language, one should take into consideration the history of the language development as well as the dialectical development of our society. The alphabet of any language is conditional in conveying sounds of live speech flow to the written form. Conventionalities and shortcomings of the alphabet are usually compensated by the orthographic rules. When making up the Kazakh alphabet based on the Latin graphics, certainly, orthographic and phonological laws should be taken into account. With a view to save graphemes, the original Kazakh phonemes are proposed to be designated with over-letter and under-letter diacritic marks.

Abstract. Various theoretical propositions about the nature of living matter and its characteristics such as free energy , the basic process , biophysical potential, their place in the development of an organism and arising from these theories possible applications to livestock . Specific data of own experiments and researches by various authors on the quality of the offspring of different animal species under the influence of stress factors on parental forms are given. A hypothesis about the increase of the biophysical potential of generative cells under the influence of stress factors and manifestations of heterosis effect not only due to heterozygosity of hybrid organisms, but also - due to most of their biophysical potential inherent in the formation of gametes is proposed.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the dynamics of modern educational system development at the institutional level. Evolutionary theory is proved to be methodology of institutionalization. According to the authors, phenomenology of the concept that integrates multivariate number of notions provides formation of institutionalization meta-theory, which is preconditioned by such socio-cultural phenomena, as processes of globalization, expansion of information space, intensification of communicative interactions between representatives of different cultures. Institutional analysis can be defined as the method of studying condition and features of functioning and modernization of institutions that form modern educational system. The authors offer special algorithm of institutional analysis, carried out on the basis of subject-related approach. A cluster is defined as the necessary structure that organizes modernization process of modern education in institutionalization format.

Abstract. The paper presents new methods of engineering-geological surveys, geodetic measurements to determine the deformations of buildings. For a long time many experts point the lack of a clear answer about the causes deformations of buildings and structures out. As a rule, within that framework are engineers mountain profile, surveyors and Geophysics - people who worked in the underground mines and quarries and familiar with the concepts of the stress state of the geological environment. Most of them are inclined to think that an emergency condition caused by many engineering objects wrong approach to engineering surveys and underestimation of modern geodynamic activity of the geological environment. Until recently, geologists believe that the Earth's crust, except in areas of active volcanism and seismic areas (ie dangerous in terms of earthquakes ) is at rest, ie immobile. However, at the present stage to the commissioning of new measuring techniques, to use of satellite geodesy and development of geophysical research methods apparently, it became that the crust is always and everywhere is in motion. Roughly speaking, the earth goes right under our feet. Displacement of the earth surface and rock masses have negligible amplitude and not visible to the eye but can have a significant impact on both the rock mass and the engineering structures [1]. Object of study is the main academic building of the Kazakh National Technical University named K.I.Satpayev (KazNTU ), which is situated on the street Satpaev 22 Baitursynov street corner, the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Abstract. One of the factors of innovational development is the use of biological features - breeding and genetic potential of animals. Currently the important argument in favor of the purchase of animal breeding stock is the effective implementation of national and regional programs on supporting dairy cattle production and livestock breeding. Expansion and strengthening of the existing dairy cattle breeding basis of the country requires scientific justification of the choice of breeding stock with high genetic productivity potential. For improving of the genetic potential of the herd in Kazakhstan there are great opportunities due to the use of domestic animal types and lines, i.e. along with imports of foreign cattle it is necessary to establish the mechanism of transfer (purchase) of domestic breed animals from breeding farms to trade farms.

Abstract. The article presents and proves the author's viewpoint on phenomena and processes which take place in the praxis of the Russian higher education. The article notes that the development of the system of higher education presents the breakaway from the culturological orientation of education. The authors call this phenomenon "the transgression of culturological approach"; it develops extremely fast since the Russian state system of social and economic management is characterised by the so-called direct management. Etatism is the ubiquitous presence and influence of the state, it is the characteristic feature of Russia. The result of transgression of culturological approach in the praxis of the higher education is the innovative integrated culture of a specialist (or a future specialist), which, in authors' opinion, is very promising due to its creative element. The article contains the authors' interpretations of definitions of the following concepts: transgression, culturological approach, etatism, innovative integrated culture.

Abstract. The modeling of grain groats cooking taking into account the processes of diffusive saturation with moisture and chemical kinetics of starch granules swelling up to their maximum size is executed. On the basis of experiment on cooking and photographing the parts of a material under a microscope it is established that near the limit of the section "firm phase-liquid" the size of granules reaches the highest possible magnitude, then they burst after that they come off and pass into a liquid phase. The kinetics of swelling was modelled on the equation of chemical reaction of the second order, and diffusive saturation with moisture – on the equation of non-stationary diffusion. The time of starch granules swelling was determined by a way of numerical integration, and the time of diffusive grain groats saturation by the equation of the non-stationary diffusion the numerical solution of which was executed by a method of nets according to the implicit scheme. It was established that in an initial period of time the process is limited by the speed of chemical reaction.

Abstract. Coplectics is aimed at creation of the practical philosophies, applicable theories and practical methods of the whole and complete activity. For the first time the main definitions of Complectics are systematized, the definitions of completeness and wholeness, the complete and the whole are described in a single complex. There is shown a succession of the concepts of Complectics, holism, Gestaltpsychology, theory of advent of life, system and technology theories. The concept of minisphere is specialized as a universal description of workers, enterprises, social institutions, region, country, world economy, system, technology, model. The Law of Survival, preservation and development is conceived as a common rule of the environment and its parts. The Principle of completeness and wholeness of minispheres is conceived, and the road map of the complectical approach using the special complete-whole terns is developed. This allows to apply the idea of the whole and the complete in detail for solving a certain problem of a minisphere. The experience of 1971 is described as well as the prospects of use of Complectics in theory and practice.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the complex system research of the issue of the legal status of the employees of the company enduring a bankruptcy case. The authors pay attention to the fact that in accordance with the current Russian legislation, the employee does not have the right to initiate a bankruptcy case. At the same time it is noted that this problem has been solved in the draft Federal law where the amendments are introduced particularly into the legislation that covers insolvency (bankruptcy). Attention is given to the problems of applying the International Labour Organization Convention #173 covering the claims of the employees in case of the insolvency of the employer that was ratified in Russia in 2012. The four models are analyzed that protect the rights of the employees in case of the employer insolvency, developed by American researcher G. Johnson. The evaluation is given for the Russian legislation current status in the mentioned sphere.

Abstract. We studied the intensity of free radical processes in organs (liver, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes of the small intestine, and adrenal glands) and cells (lymphocytes) and immunity system in the delayed period to a sublethal dose of γ-radiation (6 Gy). To investigate the immunity system and the lipid peroxidation of laboratory animals (white rats) in two series of experiments. The overall number of white mature rats was equal to 30 with body mass varying from 220 to 250 grams. All rats were divided into 2 groups: I – controls, II group – animals exposed to radiation. The animals of the II series were exposed to γ-rays Co60 in a Teragam γ-therapy apparatus. Effect to radiation was accompanied by accumulation of LPO products DC and MD in homogenates of the studied organs. There is noted the reduction of main immunity exponents, reducing of T-lymphocytes count, suppression of nonspecific phagocytic organism defense and increase of CIC in blood serum.

Abstract. The article contains the findings concerning joint processing of ore from several deposits at one gold-processing factory of the ore mining and processing enterprise “Kubaka”. Besides, it includes the findings on the effectiveness of joint processing of ore from deposits “Birkachan” and “Tsokol”. The comparison of three systems was used for the research: with separate thickening of ore from deposits “Birkachan” and “Tsokol” and with joint thickening. Moreover, the authors studied the segmentation of various-sized particles in cramped conditions when ore precipitates in factory’s thickener. They give the differential distribution curves of sedimentation analysis for these three systems: separate thickening of ore from deposits “Birkachan” and “Tsokol” and joint thickening. The sedimentation analysis shows: the joint thickening of two types of ore leads to the intensification of sedimentation at the expense of reducing the turbidity index of thickener underflow. The authors analyzed the sediments obtained by thickening ores under study separately and jointly. They give their electron microscopy. The article shows that aggregate complexes form in the sediment of the third system due to the cohesion and aggregation. Besides, the authors give the data of joint processing of ores with high content of silver and float concentrate. It was ascertained how the quality of finished product obtained in the Merrill-Crowe process depends on the precious metal content in feedstock.

Abstract. This paper describes a mathematical model the radon (222Rn) transport in a cylindrical layer of porous ground, which has fractal properties. With the help of the mathematical apparatus of integral transforms and fractional calculus have been obtained their analytical solutions. Kazan Federal University, Kremlevskaya str., 18, Kazan, 420008, Russian Federation

Abstract. The issues of grammatical synonymy in general and syntactical synonymy specifically are timely in modern linguistics; they draw attention of many scientists. Grammatical studies of the past decade take a growing interest in the problem of synonymy. It should be noted that in linguistic literature the term ‘synonymy’ is increasingly frequently used in relation to different language elements: sounds, word forms, morphemes, syntactical constructions. The phenomenon of synonymy is multifold, it can be found in all aspects of the language, is closely related to problems of speech culture, stylistics, etc. Synonymy with ever increasing frequency is examined not only in vocabulary but also in syntax, which is explained by the possibilities provided by the studies of syntactical synonymy for onomasiological description of the language, transformational analysis. The aim of our study is to observe briefly approaches of different linguists to define ‘syntactical synonym’ and to find out main criteria of synonymity.

Abstract. This article presents a new approach for the development of mathematical models of ecological systems on the basis of application of the Lee algebra. The resulting models are investigated on the property of controllability on compact Lee groups and used to analyze the growth of microscopic soil fungi. Deterministic equation Mono counted the growth of fungi, depending only on their biomass, excluding the input data (temperature, pressure, acidity, heavy metals, pollutants, etc.). Proposed models allow us to calculate the dynamics of the increase or decrease in the complex process of fungal growth, depending on the size of their mycelial biomass and taking into account the above input.

Abstract. Traditionally, learning is the result of explanatory and illustrative education methods. The process of retaining information is linked to the process of understanding, using creative methods. The difference between “knowing” and “understanding” information lies within the ability to mentally structure and organize said information. In order to provide a high quality school education and implement creative learning strategies in subjects related to geography, biology, etc. it is imperative to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and creative exploration, which can be done by using meta methodological practices along with the learning systems already in place for these subjects.

Abstract. The features and the richness of the language of each nation is generally determined by the stocks of set expressions formed and gathered for centuries during the course of development of those people. Set expressions are a mirror of the culture of those people who speak in this language. The description of people’s lives and national psychology are reflected in it. Among these, set expressions related with the names of plants play a special role. About 6000 names of plants ( by B. Kaliyev), about 1500 names according to their structures (by Sh. Kurmanbayev), and about 1300 set expressions have been collected in the Kazakh language. Plants are so closely related to humans, that the nature of people, their worldviews, beliefs, customs and traditions are freely described by plants through language and they soaked into the consciousness of the people. Because important data about the names of different substances, phenomena, their description, social relations, traditions and customs, came to current generation only through linguistic means, i. e through words and set expressions, phrases, collocations and proverbs, fairy tales and legends.

Abstract. The article presents a study of the morphological composition of inactivated vaccine, which is necessa for checking the stability of the composition of the ingredients added after the construction of a biological preparation. This is especially important in cases of vaccine-related adverse clinicopathologic complications in the form of the damaging effect of harmful, toxic or incompatible for the body components. Vaccine studies are required not only for objective control, but also for biological standardization in their qualitative and quantitative morphological characteristics in the final product. Thus, the study of the morphological composition of biological preparations on the model of an inactivated vaccine against avian pasteurellosis with complex biochemical composition showed the presence of the safety of many microscopic structures, which gives an indication of the initial components of the insoluble particles and their derivatives, after complex biotechnological and biochemical processes in vitro.

Abstract. In this paper, we study, the distribution of magnetic field in two rotary generator with permanent magnets, where the main element is the axial generator stator fields to produce wind energy. Finding the field  requires the solution curve tasks for equations of electrodynamics. The obtained expressions of the field name strict solution» to the problem of electrodynamics (diffraction). Rigorous solutions of diffraction problems, as a rule fail to obtain a closed form. For some geometrically simple cases they are expressed in the form of differential series. A typical example is the following problems of diffraction of a wave on the cylinder.

Abstract: Technological changes impacts society as a whole or partially in different manners but change will ultimately show its results which can be positive as well as negative. Information and communication technology brought a dramatic change because it is relatively easy to access information in the electronic form and comparatively easy for its users to analyze. Within the last few years, distance learning has become a focal point in several universities, while much research has been devoted to produce e-content, describing it with metadata, and constructing e-learning platforms. It is observed that less attention has been paid on usage of technology to improve the learning process in terms of its effectiveness. This research aim to fill this gap by considering learning support by the usage of information and communication technology and knowledge based resources (intelligent system) perspective. Our research investigates how information and communication technology, knowledge base learning and quality focus can be brought together to get the best result. This research focuses on the case study of literacy rate in Bahawalpur, Pakistan which is the area wise largest division of Punjab[Pakistan] province and worst case in literacy condition. We also proposed a frame work for distance learning education to improve the literacy ratio by utilizing the successful blend of information and communication technology with knowledge base distance learning.

Abstract: This article provides an analysis of the reasons for the occurrence of opportunism amongst staff in organizations. Using the results of a staff survey, research was carried out into correlation-regression dependencies of the factors that cause different forms of labor opportunism amongst different categories of workers: managers and their subordinates. On the basis of a quantitative assessment of the level of labor opportunism, the article estimates the inclination towards opportunism in the context of different categories of staff, and ascertains conditions of stability in the occurrence of labor opportunism in the organization. The research conducted into the nature of interference of labor opportunism between managers and subordinates provides evidence that the opportunism of the staff is a response to the opportunism of their superiors.

Abstract: In this work, constrained optimization method of the production in metabolic pathway is presented. The optimization of the production in metabolic pathway is a difficult task due as there are many components in the metabolic pathway. In addition, the condition of the constraint in improving the production of metabolic pathway should also be considered. In order to overcome this situation, this study presents an improved method in constrained optimization of the production in metabolic pathway. The proposed method consists of the Newton method and Genetic Algorithm (GA). The proposed method works with the Newton method by treating metabolic pathway as a non-linear equation system. Then, GA was applied to represent the variables in the non-linear equations system as a chromosome and fine-tune the chromosome to improve the variables. The proposed method was applied on several metabolic pathways to assess its performance. Several comparisons were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, and it was shown that the proposed method works well compared to the other methods.

Abstract: Desertification has become an important problem for the farmers in the dry lands of Pakistan as it increases the vulnerability of the households whose livelihoods depend predominantly on land resources. Perception based adaptation has been the key strategy that has helped farmers face its consequences in these areas. This study attempts to explore farmer’s perception regarding indicators and causes of desertification. It will further try to explore livelihood strategies, adapted by the local communities, and their sustainability. Data was collected through semi-structured questionnaires and focused group discussions. It was found out that declining land productivity and increased water scarcity were the major indicators of desertification during the last thirty years increasing economic and environmental marginality. In response, the local inhabitants have opted for new livelihood strategies, i.e. both off farm and on farm. Some of these have shown good omen.

Abstract: This paper is aimed to modeling the object interaction using the applicative computational technology. In this case, starting with a few of generic objects it is possible to study the computational behavior of all the variety of derived objects. It is shown that the computational properties of generic objects when interacting with environment stay unchangeable. This gives rise to a system of free and natural computations based on the ideas of object interaction. The approach in use is significant for data analysis, object recognition and logical forms of determining the object properties in critical information technologies. This research was accomplished at the Institute for Contemporary Education “JurInfoR-MSU” in collaboration with NRNU MEPhI and MIPT under the Project LAMBDA.

Abstract: Kalabagh Dam is among the proposed dams in Pakistan since 1987. Many consultants worked on the feasibility studies of this dam and have provided much information on the merits and demerits of Kalabagh Dam. But still the dam is not constructed because of many reasons. One main objection by KPK province is that due to construction of Kalabagh dam, Nowshehra region will get flooded. Another main objection by Sindh province is that Kalabagh dam will convert Sindh into desert because of the blockage of water and KBD will increase the sea intrusion problem. In this research, the technical, economical and political study of Kalabagh Dam is done in detail and the final conclusion is provided at the end of this paper. Technically the slope stability analysis of the proposed model is done using latest software namely SLIDE. Moreover, the surface backwater effect of Kalabagh Dam is analyzed by plotting the contour map of the upstream region using Satellite images and Global Mapper software. Economical and political circumstances are also studied and analyzed in detail.

Abstract: Today, applying active learning strategies in nursing education is necessary to improve learning and enhance education quality. On the other hand, attracting student's satisfaction and creating a positive attitude toward these strategies are vital to continue implementing this approach. The aim of this study was to evaluate the nursing students' perception of TBL in nursing education. Method: This quasi-experimental study was conducted after implementation of TBL in three phases. After the course, the nursing students from two colleges (n=58) completed the Likert scale questionnaire in order to investigate their views on TBL. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 16.0 using descriptive and analytical statistic. Results: Nursing students demonstrated very positive perception on usage of TBL in nursing education. The highest levels of satisfaction were observed in teamwork items, "respect between members" (84/5%), in motivation items "motivation for further study" (87/9%), in learning items, "better learning compared to individual study" (84/5%) and in other benefits items "valuable experience of participating in the TBL" (87/9%). Compared to Urmia's nursing students, Boukan's nursing students had significantly more positive attitudes toward the TBL. Conclusion: Positive view and high satisfaction of nursing students as education customers on TBL can help sustain the implementation of this approach in the nursing faculties in order to change the direction from passive learning methods toward active learning approaches to ultimately enhance the quality of learning and healthcare provided by the students in the future.

Abstract: Development of critical thinking is one of the aims of nursing education in Iran. Understanding the effectiveness of current practices in education in developing critical thinking can determine the efficiency and possible failure of the education system. Evidence-based learning is an effective approach in educating students. Comprehensive understanding of the concept of evidence-based nursing practice evokes the best performance. This study examines the impact of evidence-based nursing education on nursing students' critical thinking disposition. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 48 nursing students of the third semester in Urmia Nursing faculty in the academic year 1392-1391. The method was available sampling and the cases were randomly divided into two groups of control (24) and intervention (24) respectively. Intervention -group students were trained in evidence-based nursing. the tendency towards critical thinking before and after training students in the intervention and control groups were evaluated through the questionnaire of California Critical Thinking Disposition. The data were analyzed by SPSS software, K2 statistical test, T-test and Mann Whitney test. Results: The results of this study showed that the tendency towards critical thinking in students in the intervention group who were trained in evidence-based nursing was significantly better than the control group (P<0.001). When these two groups were compared, the mean difference of critical thinking disposition between two groups was significant after intervention (P<0.001). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing education enhances critical thinking disposition more than the traditional teaching method. Critical thinking requires employing the best evidences available, and considering clinical situation and experience. A critical thinker should be able to decide based on the current evidences, apply those decisions in practice and change his/her strategy when required. Therefore it is recommended that this method be used in clinical education.

Abstract: In this study, a system of discrete frequencies generation via a series of microring resonator (MRR) is presented. Chaotic signals can be generated by a Gaussian pulse within a MRR system. Large bandwidth signals of optical soliton are generated by input pulse propagating within the MRRs, which can be used to form continuous frequency with large tunable channels. In order to filter the desired frequency channels, an add/drop filter with the appropriate parameters is proposed. In this work, 16 frequency channels with 2 MHz FWHM and 5 MHz FSR are localized. Selected discrete channels are applicable for wireless sensor network using ZigBee and compatible with IEEE standard 802.15.4.

Abstract: Improved nutritional status of elderly population has a significant impact on reducing the incidence of communicable diseases, mortality rate and increased functional capacities. Since the processes change theory is one of the important and applied theories in identifying and developing programs to promote healthy eating, this study was conducted with the aim to increase the consumption of fruit and vegetables using a curriculum based on processes change theory in elderly. This was a longitudinal randomized pre-test - post-test series control group design panel study. Overall, 80 60 years seniors and older participated in this study as intervention and control group. Data analysed by SPSS statistical package, version 20. Our result showed, after educational intervention, the mean knowledge score in the intervention group was significantly more than the comparison group (p <0.001). The study results also showed that the individuals in the intervention group experienced higher processes regarding the consumption of fruits and vegetables so that compared with the time before the intervention, more subjects entered the stages of positive motivation (readiness) and doing target behavior. Although the findings of this study revealed that implementing the educational program based on change processes theory had positive impacts on promoting nutrition knowledge and stages of change in fruit and vegetable consumption, however, given the limited intervention in a small sample size, the generalization of the results should be taken with caution.

Abstract: The removal of the natural vegetation of the forest floor leads to many environmental problems. Not only in the quality of vegetation and fluorescent installation of forest, but also to soil depletion and degradation and the effect on the chemical and physical characteristics. The study aimed to identify some of the chemical and physical properties of the forest floor soil and the impact of removing the vegetation on these properties. Six sites were selected from the forest; region (A) composed of three sites with a high density of plant and the other three sites represented region (B) with low plant cover. Methods involved determining soil texture, organic matter estimate, soil electric conductivity, soil pH, estimation of mineral elements in the soil (Na, Ca, Mg, K) and amounts of sulfates, chlorides, bicarbonates salts. Results revealed that there were high significant differences between sites in the amount of organic matter, organic matter content decreased with the decrease in coverage of plant between sites in regions A and B. There were not significant differences in soil texture between the different sites where the soil considered as silt soil in all sites. The amount of electrical conductivity between the two regions A and B were non-significant. The region A was characterized by a concentration of more than the amount of mineral elements and there was a clear reduction in the amount of metal elements in the region B with the low plant coverage. The amount of sulfates, Ca, K, Na and bicarbonates salts in the soil of the region A (of high coverage of plant) was significantly higher than other region B, while increase in amount of Mg and chlorides in the region B was noticed. Calcium recorded the highest values while potassium recorded the lowest values.

Abstract: The debate about proper representation of women in the corporate sector has been under discussion for quite some time now. Although representation of women has seemingly increased in the work place; however, they are still underrepresented at higher echelons of the management. The factors of their under representation are various, however organizational politics could be one of the important factor in this regard. This study is an attempt to find out the role of organizational politics in this regard in the context of Pakistani society. The study is based on four dimensions of organizational politics, that is gender stereotype, organizational justice, threat rigidity and strategic alliances. In-depth interviews were conducted with sixteen female respondents of high profile, eight from academia and eight from the corporate sector. NVivo8 was used for elementary analysis, while certain inferences were also made, regarding the feedback of the respondents. Results indicate that three dimensions out of four of the organizational politics do contribute to the hindrance, in visibility and credibility of women leaders.

Abstract: Tendency to drug addiction has an adverse effect on success of socialization and personal and professional students’ formation. There is a risk of proclivity development for addiction, for a disease that can lead to full degradation of the personality. One of the reasons of drug addiction is students’ being unable to manage their mental states. The features of mental students’ conditions of drug addictionproclivity, the features of their dominating states and a relief of mental states were studied in the research in order to learn the statistical analysis of distinction of reliability of average values. So the correlation analysis was carried out. Data were processed by the program of statistical data processing of SPSS 22.0. It is established that expressiveness of all mental states among students with high tendency to drug addiction is weaker, though negative states are expressed more strongly. Tendency to drug addiction among students is caused by stronger expressiveness of the mental states connected with experiences, and by weaker expressiveness of the mental states connected with physiological reactions. The data obtained during research will allow the correcting of the psychology and pedagogical programs directed at level tendency decrease to drug addiction among students taking into account the features of their mental states.

Abstract: The present research in terms of its purpose is a pragmatic study and in terms of controlling variables is semi-experimental. The research instrument consists of a 43 item survey for measuring awareness in six fields of resuscitation generals, assessment, ventilation, circulation, automatic shock and asphyxia that sum score of these six areas makes the general awareness besides a checklist of measurement of ccardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) performance. To test the hypotheses, multivariate variance analysis MANOVA, follow-up test of ANOVA in context of MANOVA, multivariate covariance analysis of MANCOVA, multivariate covariance analysis in context of MANCOVA, and follow-up test of LCD were applied. With educational interference it got evident that both methods were effective on increase of students’ awareness and performance meaningfully compared to pre-test in all areas of awareness and performance. In a way that, the general awareness score achieved from 32 to 39 and performance score form 17 to 19 ( p=0.001). Considering the impact of workshop on the students of either majors, it was realized that the nursing students were meaningfully superior than anesthesia students in rate of awareness (p=0.014). Though, considering performance, mean scores of students showed no meaningful difference and both methods had the same impact. Comparing the impact of problem solving method on the students of nursing and anesthesia, the problem solving for nursing students was meaningfully more influential on performance(p=0.009). However, no meaningful difference was observed between mean scores of students’ performance in the problem solving method.

Patients who had a prior locoregional therapy, systemic therapy, any surgical intervention and patients with any other hepatic or non hepatic malignancy were excluded from the study. Results: The serum levels of AFP and GP73 were significantly elevated in patients with HCC compared to cirrhotic patients and controls (P<0.001). A significant correlation was found between serum GP73 level and prognostic markers of liver cirrhosis i.e. (Bilirubin, creatinine, INR and AFP and child pugh score) and more aggressive tumor characters (Tumor size, number and vascular invasion) (P<0.001). On the other hand there was no significant correlation between AFP and number and overall size of focal lesions (P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of GP73 for HCC were superior to those of AFP.GP73 had a sensitivity of 88% and a specificity of 84% at the optimal cut-off value of 5.7ng/ml with accuracy of 84.3%. While, AFP had a sensitivity of 76.3% and a specificity of 76.2% at the optimal cut-off value of 23.12 ng /ml with accuracy of 81.7% for detection of HCC. On combining both AFP and GP73 values for selective detection of HCC, they had a sensitivity of 88%, specificity of 96 %. with accuracy of 92 % which is better than each of them alone. Conclusions: serum GP 73 can be used as useful biomarkers to confirm the diagnosis of HCC especially if combined with AFP and correlated with the aggressiveness of the tumor.

Abstract: Two field experiments were carried out to study growth and productivity of barley c.v. Giza-129 as affected by putrescine and spermidine under water stress conditions in the Agriculture Experimental Station of National Research center, Nubaria Region, Behira Governorate at the winter seasons of 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 seasons. The main obtained results were: (1) Growth characters, i-e. plant height, number and dry weight of each one of tillers + sheets, blades and spikes, flag leaf blade area, and blades area /plant were significantly decreased under the water stress conditions. Moreover, results show clearly that barley plants appeared to be more sensitive to water stress during tillering stage followed by heading stage, whereas, the harmful effect caused at milk – ripe stage treatment was the lowest one. (2) Spraying barley plants with 100mg/l putrescence, as well as, 100mg/l spermidine seemed to be the most favorable treatments to increase growth characters. (3) Yield and its components, i.e. spikes dry wt. / plant. Grain, straw and biological yield / plant, as well as, grain, straw and biological yield ton/ fed were significantly affected by water stress treatments at certain developmental stages of growth. Moreover, the previous yield and its components significantly decreased by shipping one irrigation at certain developmental stages of growth. The results indicated that barley plants appeared to be more sensitive to water stress during tillering stage followed by heading stage and milk-ripe stage respectively. (4) Foliar application with 100 mg/l putrescence and / or 100mg/l spermidine produced the highest value from yield and its components. (5) The effect of interaction between skipping an irrigation at different stages of growth and putrescine as well as spermidine concentration indicated that barley plants cv. Giza-129 was More sensitive to water stress at tillering stage compared with heading and milk – ripe stage, respectively, also, putrescence and spermidine as foliar application with100 mg/l can be alleviate the harmful effect on growth characters and yield and its components caused by water stress conditions.
